Dear, I am running The Grotte theme on my website: www.cookup.be. But since last week there seems to be a problem. When loading the page i get errors (pressing F12). I get these errors:JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1Uncaught TypeError: jQuery.cookie is not a function at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (burnhambox.js?ver=4.7.4:245) at i (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2) at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2) at Function.ready (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2) at HTMLDocument.K (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2)Since I have the problem, the submit buttons of my contact forms have disappeard. I have contacted the author of the plugin, but he forwards me to you. He thinks it is a theme related problem. How can I solve this problem? The problem doesn't come up on all pages...
I recently have bought version 3.3 to get full support.Kind regards,Thomas Vierstraete
Hi again Thomas First, could you please update your theme? You can follow the instructions on this article: How to Update Your Theme

Hi Kerem I will do the update straight away.
But indeed I made some changes (ex. I've hidden the number of items in categories and other stuff)...
theme has been updated.
OK then. Could you please replace the ...grotte/js/burnhambox.js file with the one attached? After doing this, please clear your browser cache or press CTRL+F5 (for PC) to see if the problem persists or not.
Attached files: grotte-js-33.zip
Kerem, THIS IS WORKING :) I get no error messages and the contact forms display the submit button.
But... I'm using conditional fields in my contact forms, they don't show on that page. Is this theme related?
Happy to hearI don't think it's theme related, but could you please provide me a link to let me investigate it?
our shop is www.cookup.beregitration page in progress is http://cookup.be/falcon/5-jaar-garantie/
customers have to select there cooker model and then a couple of extra fields should be displayed (size/colour...)
the conditional fields plugin does work on another website in progress:http://new.place2party.eu/vip-reservation/
I see a maintenance screenMaybe you can disable it for a while?
it has been disabled, especially for you :)
Kerem, can I overwrite the new stylesheet in the theme folder with my old one? And what about the functions.php.I've made some changes on the old version, that's why... Will it affect your changes?
Thanks As I see, there's nothing wrong with the code and I can't detect any errors, warnings or notices. Could you please ensure that you've created the form correctly? Here's a tutorial about conditional fields for Contact Form 7: http://bdwm.be/wpcf7cf/how-to-set-up-conditional-fields-for-contact-form-7/
If you'll use WooCommerce 3.0.x, you should use the latest version of functions.php. Other than that, there's no big updates/changes for both files since v.2.6.
Dear Kerem, thanks for your help.
I'll read the tutorial once again, in case I did something wrong...
I have just added the last lines from the old functions.php file to the new one.
I'll get back to you if I need any further assistance. Thank you!
Kerem, I made the most simple contact form containing just 1 conditional field, but it doesn't seem to work. Will this be a plugin issue?
You're using Contact Form 7, right? I'll now try it on my local machine and let you know about the results.
yes Contact From 7 and the Conditional Fields plugin.
OK Thomas, thank you. Well, I was able to do a successful test.
1) I created a group in my contact form:
2) And I set it for the name field to be "test" to show the group I created.
3) When I write "test" into the name field, I see "this is a test group" part.
I'm really not sure but maybe there's another plugin that you're using causes this issue. Or maybe one of your customizations? I suggest you to deactivate all of the 3rd party plugins and try again. I think that's all I can do for now
Hi Kerem, thanks for pointing that out. I did exactly the same test with no result :(
I will deactivate each one of the plugins to see what is causing the problem.
I will keep you posted.
UPDATE: ALL PLUGINS DISABLED - SWITCH TO TWENTY SEVENTEEN THEME - only contact form 7 and conditional fields plugin active => still no positive result...
sorry to bother you again. But my wordpress site keeps on showing this message:
Your theme (Grotte) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.
Hey :) We just launched an update for Grotte. Please go to your Downloads section on ThemeForest and download & install the latest version of the theme (v.3.4).
Changed file: /single-product/add-to-cart/variable.php
Hi Kerem, so if I only replace the changed file that would be ok?
I don't want to redo all the changes I made in the custom files...
Yes Thomas, you will be OK when you replace that file only.
Hi Kerem, changing the CSS of my sliders did help! Thank you.
But another issue. On my homepage, the 3 first pictures have exactly the same height, but they don't show that way on the front end. The larger banner (left one) seems smaller. How can I make them the same height?
I guess it was a ratio issue and solved now
