I added some more products to my website, and I am not sure what has happened, but now the product description shows in the category (see url above).
Also, the product pages has gone funny, with buttons moved and the wishlist and buy for me button gone. Here is an example
Any idea why? I had a bit of code put in by someone but that was just to get rid of the Related Products and it was fine until I added a few more products.
So, I got the person who put in some code to take it out, and that hasn't caused the problem. Can you please help?
Also, when you go into the product, the information text is squashed together and the buttons for buying, wish list and buy for a friend are misaligned/missing, and the +- sign on the quantity box has also disappeared

I understand, but It still looks like a customization failure. Grotte has this "product description on category view" by only the listing style button below:
Otherwise should be a result of some customizations. Or maybe a 3rd party plugin causing this. You can try to disable all of the plugins but the ones recommended by our theme itself.

Angela, I realized another possibility: I see you've updated your WooCommerce to the newest version, 3.2.
Could you please roll back to 3.1.2 and see if the problem persists? You can download previous versions of WooCommerce over here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/advanced/ ("Previous Versions" section at the bottom of the page.)
Thanks. I found the 3rd party plug in culprit. It's WooCommerce Grid / List toggle by jameskoster. I'll roll wordpress back and take a look now.
Do I need to delete the current Wordpress plugin to upload the previous version? Will I lose the customised coding that has happened? I don't know a great deal about coding and web design!
If you've made any changes in WooCommerce's core files, yes, they will be lost. But you can download the ../plugins/woocommerce folder in your FTP before deleting it. So that would be your backup.
Your data will be saved. BUT, it's always suggested to backup the database. Just in case.

I did what you suggested and it still doesn't display correctly. It is a 3rd party plug in that was part of the package I bought from you, and I did't buy it all that long ago, so it shouldn't be going wrong already. Can this be looked into? It is WooCommerce Grid / List toggle by jameskoster

I have deactivated this, but now have no wish list. I thought when purchasing a site from you, it would work for quite a few years, rather than a few months.
Angela, I re-launched the test site which I've set for you before:
I'm using Grotte v.3.8 with WooCommerce 3.2 and all of the recommended plugins are active. Do you see any problems like yours? I guess not.
You told me that there is another guy who works on some customizations. Are you sure that he made his job perfectly? Could you please install a fresh copy of Grotte and see if the problems persist?
We can guarantee that our theme hasn't got any problems like you mentioned. And yes, you can use any of our items for a few years.
By the way, there could be other problems because of the WooCommerce version (3.2) since we've not launched an update for it. And I talked about it like below:

Thanks so much. The last person that did the coding I got them to remove it to check if it was what they did. They did remove it and the problem persisted! I may just get someone to fix bits using coding.
If I do install a new version of Grotte, will I loose all the previous customised coding?
I've deactivated the wish list. It isn't essential, so that has dealt with one bit. I can always get a coder to take off the wording too.
